When will my Omaha Storm Chasers merchandise ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During the baseball season or following major team events, processing may take up to 5 business days before your gear is dispatched.
Can I return a customized jersey?
Customized jerseys featuring specific names and numbers are made to order and are considered final sale. We only accept returns on custom items if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Do you offer international shipping for fans outside the US?
Yes, we ship our official team apparel worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order status?
